Practical Advisors for
Business Navigating Growth
Innovate Pathways was built on a simple belief:
“Businesses don’t need more advice.
They need someone who will actually help them implement change — and stay accountable to the outcome.”
Strategy Without Execution Is Just a Document
Most consulting engagements end with a presentation.
Ours end when something has actually changed.
We work directly with leadership teams — not past them.
We challenge weak assumptions, identify the real constraints, and build solutions that teams can execute with the resources and capacity they actually have. No unnecessary complexity. No reports that gather dust.
Just practical improvements that move the business forward.
What We Believe
Execution Beats Strategy Every Time
A clear plan executed well will outperform a sophisticated strategy that never gets implemented. We prioritize the former
Founders Aren't the Problem — the Structure Is
Most founder bottlenecks aren't leadership issues. They're structural ones. Build the right systems and the business can grow beyond any one person.
Simplicity Is a Competitive Advantage
Complexity accumulates naturally as businesses grow. The businesses that win are the ones that actively fight it.
Resilience Is Built Before You Need It
Organizations that wait for a crisis to identify vulnerabilities pay a much higher price. We help clients get ahead of that.
Our Founders
Danielle Tiemy
Co-Founder & Managing PartnerDanielle brings over 20 years of experience helping organizations translate complex priorities into real, executable outcomes — across consulting, government, and large-scale transformation environments.
Her career spans senior roles at PwC in both Brazil and Canada, where she led public sector sales strategy, managed complex multi-stakeholder pursuits, and served as Chief of Staff to senior leadership.
She has built and run cross-functional programs, designed operational systems from scratch, and coached teams on execution discipline across some of the most competitive and complex environments in professional services.
What she brings to Innovate Pathways clients is the operational and strategic toolkit of a Big 4 environment — applied at a scale and pace that actually works for growing businesses.
She knows what good execution looks like, and she knows how to build the structure that makes it repeatable.
Danielle is bilingual in English and Portuguese and has worked across North and South America.
Co-Founder & Managing PartnerDiogo Caiafa
Diogo has spent his career helping organizations understand how they are actually structured to deliver — and rebuilding that structure when it's no longer working.
With an MBA from Queen's University and 15+ years of advisory experience, he has led more than 40 engagements focused on organizational design, operating model development, and operational effectiveness.
His experience spans complex transformation, governance, operating model, and organizational effectiveness engagements across highly regulated and operationally complex environments.
His clients have included federal and provincial government agencies, health authorities, major transportation organizations, and universities — typically during periods of growth, change, or operational pressure.
At Innovate Pathways, he applies that same thinking to growing businesses: helping leadership teams identify where structure, accountability, or operating model is creating friction — and building practical solutions teams can realistically sustain.
His approach is direct, grounded in operational reality, and focused on what happens after the recommendation is made.
We Bring the Right Expertise to Every Engagement
Our core team is supported by a network of experienced specialists engaged based on the specific needs of each client. This keeps engagements focused and cost-effective — clients get the expertise they need without the overhead of a large firm.
