Solutions Built for Businesses That Are Scaling
Scaling creates a specific kind of pressure — more complexity, more decisions, more risk.
Our solutions are designed to address the operational and leadership challenges that come with growth, not the theoretical ones.

How We Work
Big-firm strategy and thinking, customized to your business needs.
Think of it like building with LEGO, not buying a pre-made set. We use exactly the pieces your business needs — nothing more, nothing you'll never use.
Instead of charging you for a heavy enterprise framework you won't fully use, we right-size our service. You get a lean, customized solution built strictly for your goals.
We offer three things. Which pieces you need depends on where your business is today.
Business Health Check
What it is:
A short, focused conversation with you, the owner (60–90 minutes), followed by a 1–2 page Capacity Blueprint — a plain-language summary of what's really going on in your business.
The idea:
Businesses tend to react to symptoms. Instead of taking an aspirin for a recurring headache, we find out what's actually causing the headache — deal with the real issue, then move on to treatment. Think of the Health Check as triage: it shows us where the bleeding is, before we treat anything.
What you get:
A clear read across four areas — how you win new business, how work actually gets delivered, how healthy your cash position is, and how your team and culture function — plus an Owner Dependence read: what would break if you were out for 30 days.
Who it's for:
Owners who feel busy but can't quite name what's actually holding them back, or who want a clear, honest read before committing to anything bigger.
Strategy to Execution
What it is: Taking your business's direction and making it real — turning a plan (or even just an idea of where you want to go) into the structure, roles, and day-to-day systems that actually get you there.
This is where we spend most of our time, and it works like a menu, not a fixed package. We use only the pieces your business actually needs — you don't need every item below, and you don't need to already have a formal strategy to start here. Some pieces can stand on their own.
-
What it is: Building or refreshing your business's actual game plan.
What you get: This can be as simple as one clear goal, 2–3 priorities, and a way to measure progress (OKRs/KPIs) — or a fuller plan that also covers your long-term vision and what makes you different from competitors. We build only what you'll actually use, not a document sized to impress.
Who it's for: Owners who feel busy but not necessarily moving toward anything specific, or whose goals live in their head and were never written down or shared with the team.
Signs you need this:
Can you clearly list your top 3 priorities on one page right now?
Could 3 people on your team describe what you're trying to achieve this year? Would their answers actually match?
You're growing, but you're not fully sure you're growing in the right direction.
-
What it is: Making sure how your business runs is actually pointed at the same goal — not just how whether tasks get done, but whether your people, processes, technology, and finance are all pulling in the same direction.
What you get: A clear picture of where that alignment is breaking down. We assess and point out what needs to change. Some fixes are ours to lead; others may need a specialist — we'll tell you which is which, not pretend to be that specialist ourselves.
Who it's for: Owners who feel like the business is busy — just not necessarily busy on the things that matter.
Signs you need this:
Everyone's busy, there are projects everywhere, but the end-of-year goal doesn't look like it's going to happen.
When you make a business decision, what's really driving it — gut feeling, or a structured rationale tied to your goals?
Your team has never been busier, but growth has stalled.
-
What it is: Making sure the right roles exist, and the right people are in them, with clear reporting lines.
What you get: A structure that fits where your business is right now — not an org chart borrowed from a bigger company.
Who it's for: Owners who are hiring, promoting, or restructuring and want to stop guessing.
Signs you need this:
You hired someone and, six months later, still aren't sure what to do with them.
People are wearing three or four hats, and nobody's sure which one they're wearing today.
You're not sure if you actually need to hire — or just need to organize what you already have.
-
What it is: Looking at how work actually flows through your business — not just whether it's written down, but whether it's still doing what it's supposed to do now that you've grown.
What you get: Clarity on whether your processes are consistent, efficient, and actually effective — where handovers break down, where steps are duplicated, where key steps quietly get skipped under pressure.
Who it's for: Businesses that have grown from a handful of people to a real team, but are still running the way they did on day one.
Signs you need this:
You grew from 5 people to 30+, but the business still runs like it's 5 people.
Key steps get missed under pressure, and clients are starting to notice.
Work gets handed off between people or teams, and things fall through the cracks right at the handover.
-
What it is: Naming exactly who's responsible, who's accountable, who needs to weigh in, and who just needs to know — so decisions stop defaulting back to you by default.
What you get: A business that can make good decisions without you personally being in the room for all of them.
Who it's for: Founders who've become the bottleneck — for decisions big and small, including ones the team is fully capable of making themselves.
Signs you need this:
Every decision — big or small — still ends up back on your desk.
"I thought you were handling that" is a sentence people say often.
You can't take a real day off without your phone blowing up over decisions your team could have made without you.
-
What it is: Figuring out where AI can actually help your business — and building the simple structure (who owns it, how it's used responsibly) to act on it. We don't build the AI tools themselves; we help you decide where they're worth using and set your business up to use them well.
What you get: An honest, realistic view of where AI is worth your time and money right now — and a clear next step, instead of a vague sense that you "should be doing something with AI."
Who it's for: Owners who are curious or a little anxious about AI, and aren't sure where to start.
Signs you need this:
You've thought "we should probably be using AI for something" — but have no idea where to start.
Someone on your team is already using AI tools on their own, with no guidance or oversight.
Your team has access to AI tools, but you're not seeing any real impact from it.
Ongoing Oversight
What it is:
Once things are organized, someone needs to make sure they stay that way. This is an ongoing, part-time role — not a report we hand you and walk away from.
What you get:
Regular check-ins on how things are tracking
Guidance and course-correction as things change
A second set of eyes, so implementation doesn't quietly drift
Someone who stays accountable for the outcome — not just the paperwork
Who it's for:
Owners who've done the diagnostic and the implementation work and want an ongoing partner, not a one-time consultant who disappears once the document is delivered.
